Caboose restoration is under way (Photos here) and we could use your help. The $10,000 project is well underway and we have replaced all of the tongue and groove on the sides, replaced the windows, taken out the oil stove, and a number of other tasks. We are not yet done and require a final coat of paint, brushing of metal grab irons, logo application, and general finishing in 2013. If you can help call Peter at 519-824-8254 or Bruce at 519-821-3828 to join our next work party. Donations to our Restoration Fund are also appreciated

CPR 436994 under restoration - this $10,000 project is well underway and in this photo, from November 2011 the Tongue and Groove has been completely replaced on the sides and painted, along new windows and window sills, We found original T&G siding on the ends and restored it to original condition plus much more. See our newsletter for more details and for how to help as more work is planned in 2013.
